Experience the body as a living, sensing field. This workshop provides a space for participants to rediscover personal sensation, practice self-kindness, and move in dialogue with the subtle presences that surround the self. Through gentle sensory exploration and relational movement, participants are invited to notice, rest, and discover new dimensions of shared embodiment. By treating the body as a medium for care and connection, participants develop a deeper creative presence and a more grounded, compassionate way of moving through the world. Level: Open
Sangmi Park (@luckysm_) is an independent artist and Associate Director of Art Project BORA, currently based in Seoul, South Korea. Her practice centres on exploring the body’s potential and the intricate sensory connections that bridge its internal and external states. Guided by the delicate and fleeting rhythms of the ephemeral, Park develops an original choreographic language that moves away from superficial stimulation toward deep, permeating sensation. Through her work, she questions how we perceive and approach the body, positioning dance as a disciplined attitude of sensitivity and care for both the self and the other. Her major choreographic works include If I Become a Part of You, In My Room, and 숲(Soop).
