Terms and Conditions

Tickets:

Each ticket admits one (1) person only.
Random checks will be conducted on concession tickets at the point of entry. If a ticket holder is found ineligible for the concession, the ticket will be voided and the holder denied entry.
Please refer to the individual event page for specific age restrictions.

Latecomers:

Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break (if any) during the performance, class, workshop, or studio sharing.

Product Availability:

All tickets are subject to availability.
The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per transaction.

Pricing & Payment:

Prices displayed are in SGD and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the provided payment methods.

Delivery & Fulfilment:

Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges are not available, except in cases of programme cancellation.

Intellectual Property:

All content, including but not limited performances and programmes, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior permission.

Photography & Videography:

By attending any of our performances and programmes, patrons consent to the Company's right to photograph or record video footage of the programmes for promotional and archival purposes.
Patrons retain the right to request exclusion from such media coverage by informing the Company in writing prior to the start of the programme.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media coverage.

Liability:

The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during our classes and workshops, attendance at our productions, or the use of our merchandise.

Modification of Terms:

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, with updated terms applicable to future purchases.
