Resistance & Care is an improvisation workshop exploring the body as a site of inquiry for care and aggression. This session investigates how strength can be held without force, and how care exists alongside tension, hidden aggressions, and soft power. Through guided improvisation, participants work with contained resistance, withheld action, and attentive presence. By allowing these opposing qualities to coexist within the body, participants discover new layers of physical expression and develop a deeper understanding of how resistance can be a form of care. Level: Open
