Space & Flow — Workshop by Adele Goh

This workshop will guide participants through exercises designed to cultivate ease and flow in movement. They will explore physical concepts such as weight, momentum, and gravity while developing a keen awareness of the body in space and the wonderful space within the body itself. 

About the Artist:

Adele is an independent contemporary dancer, teacher, and choreographer with a dynamic movement practice influenced by somatic-based techniques, Gaga, and Flying Low. She embraces improvisation, spontaneity, and play in her artistic process. Adele has worked with diverse bodies, including dancers with disabilities, and has performed and collaborated at platforms such as cont·act Contemporary Dance Festival, Arts in Your Neighbourhood, ArtScience Late at Home, da:ns festival, and Odoru-Akita Dance Festival. From 2013 to 2018, she was a company artist with Frontier Danceland.
