Catching Ephemerality — Class by Anthea Seah

This class combines structured improvisation, trying on specific movement qualities and short phrases that allow participants to experience liminal moving and expression.

About the Artist:

A former full-time dance artist with T.H.E Dance Company (2015–2021), Anthea Seah has performed internationally with renowned choreographers including Kim Jae Duk, Dimo Kirilov, and Iratxe Ansa. As assistant to artistic director Kuik Swee Boon, she contributed to developing T.H.E's HollowBody methodology and facilitated workshops. Her practice spans choreography, movement design for film, and performance direction. She has taught extensively, from professional companies to university dance programs, and previously curated for cont·act Contemporary Dance Festival. Anthea is currently based in New York.
